As soon as a document is uploaded, an Interactive Exploded View expands the content with related information and annotations from the index. The Interactive Exploded View turns documents into interactive knowledge hubs. With a single click or hover, users can access additional context, explore related information, and understand key entities without running new searches. Instead of navigating multiple systems, all relevant insights are presented directly within the document. For example, a newly received management report can be enriched with current order or project status information within seconds. This means users no longer need to wait for indexing processes to complete before making connections between a document’s context and existing enterprise data.

The capability works by performing entity recognition and contextual analysis. Mindbreeze InSpire identifies and links entities and topics in the uploaded file to relevant knowledge.

Users can see related documents, names, projects and definitions right away. Because the document is treated as non‑indexed, it is not saved in the system after use; to enable persistent access, for example in a chat, it has to be indexed later according to defined schedules.

Security and Governance

When a user uploads a document, Mindbreeze enriches it with contextual information pulled from the existing index. The document itself is not stored, and all links are subject to the same permissions that apply to indexed content. Users will only see related information if they are authorized to access it in the index.
