Regardless of whether the company data is located in the cloud or directly on site, Mindbreeze gives companies the ability to index both. On the one hand, Mindbreeze InSpire comes ready to use as an appliance box and every item of data from the various applications is consumed and analyzed on premise. On the other hand, data from cloud services is indexed directly from the cloud, a combination that creates a hybrid search.

Users can now search both the cloud and the on-premise applications using a single search query thanks to the common hybrid search index.

Mindbreeze InSpire comes ready to use as an "appliance box" that is then securely integrated into the company’s data center. The appliance is GPU-ready for seamless support of high-performance GPUs to unlock AI power whenever your business is ready – without replacing the hardware. Delivered without pre-installed GPUs, the Mindbreeze appliance gives enterprises the freedom to choose the right acceleration options for their use cases. 

The box pulls the data from the different applications, consumes and analyzes it, and creates an index catalog that enables the search.

Mindbreeze has obtained several certifications, including: SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27018, ISO 20000, EU Cloud COC Level 3.

Additionally, certifications such as NIST SP 800-53, CCPA, HIPAA or FedRAMP are available via Mindbreeze Cloud deployment, for example, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Mindbreeze provides integrated mechanisms for detecting, classifying, and anonymizing personal data to support GDPR and other data protection regulations. Sensitive content is consistently protected through enforced access controls and data protection checks with every GenAI query.

Mindbreeze secures data end-to-end with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS for data in transit, encrypted snapshots, and strict data loss controls including access checks and secure hosting.
