We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager (on-site) to drive strategic growth across our enterprise customer base in the United States. In this role, you will own and expand relationships with key accounts, unlock new revenue opportunities, and position our AI solutions as mission-critical to customer success.

 

Your area of responsibility:

  • Own and strategically grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts across the U.S.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive long-term revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer organizations
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers beyond existing contacts, including innovation teams and specialized departments
  • Align customer business goals with our AI-driven product, delivering tailored solutions that maximize value and ROI (short-, medium, and long-term)
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and Mindbreeze, continuously providing valuable insights and feedback to internal teams, including product development, consulting, marketing, and support.
  • Assist in the creation of customer marketing materials, such as case studies, customer interviews, and press releases

 

Your skills and experience:

  • You hold a degree in computer science or business informatics and have a strong understanding of business value and return on investment.
  • You have already worked in the software industry for several years and have a strong understanding of technology, core concepts, and special features.
  • Confident in presenting Mindbreeze products and enjoy customer contact and visiting our international and national customers (willingness to travel) when required.
  • You are communicative, ambitious, keep track of even complex projects, and find the right solution to achieve the set goals.
  • You are team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build relationships at all levels.

For this position, we offer a competitive salary starting at USD 90,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus a bonus.
