To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious individual who will support us in developing and expanding our national and international customer base.
Your area of responsibility:
- Your main task is to look after our long-standing customers in Europe and strategically expand these key accounts (creation of account plans).
- You will initiate cross-selling and upselling activities to achieve sustainable sales growth
- You will identify relevant decision-makers, especially outside of existing contacts, for example in specialist departments or innovation departments, in order to expand customer relationships
- You will align the short-, medium-, and long-term business goals of customers with Mindbreeze's current and future product solutions and develop customized strategies for the sustainable use of our products.
- You’ll act as the liaison between the customer and Mindbreeze, continuously providing valuable insights and feedback to internal teams, including product development, consulting, marketing, and support.
- Additionally, you will aide in the creation of customer marketing materials, such as case studies, customer interviews, and press releases.
Your skills and experience:
- You have completed your education with a focus on computer science/business informatics and have a high level of understanding of business value and ROI.
- You have already worked in the software industry for several years and have an excellent understanding of technology, core concepts, and special features
- You have several years of experience as a key account manager and are customer- and results-oriented.
- You are fluent in German and English and can present Mindbreeze products both online and on site (willingness to travel)
- You are communicative, ambitious, keep track of even difficult projects, and find the right solution to achieve the set goals
- You take responsibility and work independently and as part of a team.

For this position, we offer you at least EUR 4 000 gross monthly salary based on 38.5 hours per week, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a performance-based quarterly bonus.
