s.Oliver decides on Mindbreeze’s Enterprise Search-Solution
Staff can now find structured and unstructured business information faster
After a comprehensive evaluation of the industry leaders, the clothing experts at s.Oliver have chosen the enterprise search application by Mindbreeze.
The Mindbreeze InSpire search application operates seamlessly within the SAP portal solution used at s.Oliver and can find information within SAP as well as from all other connected data sources. This means that employees can find information within the portal about customers, suppliers, marketing campaigns or branch offices from various data sources. It does not matter if the information has been saved as structured or unstructured data. The access privileges are enforced at each query and the results displayed accordingly.
Says Christian Rauscher, Head of Competence Center Administration Systems at s.Oliver, "The intelligent processing and linking of information from all data sources offers us a completely new way to handle information. The Exploratory Research in internal as well as external sources allows us to take advantage of our extensive trove of data sustainably and efficiently. Our goal is to get a 360-degree view of customers, products, and much more."
"The fact that an outstanding company like s.Oliver has chosen our European search appliance is the best possible endorsement we can imagine for 10 years of product development. We are really impressed with s.Oliver and see them as an incredibly innovative company", enthuses Daniel Fallmann, Mindbreeze founder and Managing Director, of his new customers. "Nowadays companies have so much relevant information lying dormant, information that can and should be utilized. Corporations need to be able to handle huge amounts of data and to use them to their competitive advantage".
s.Oliver is fashion for everyone on every day in every situation. This is not just a statement about us, but also our philosophy and the real secret of our success: millions of textiles, accessories and lifestyle products cross the globe each year.
