Senior Software Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer!

Here's what the job looks like:

• Your main task is to design, develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test plans and test scripts using state-of-the-art automation tools.
• You are responsible for the results of the activities performed (e.g. test reports, test coverage, etc.) and play an important role in the quality of Mindbreeze.
• You contribute ideas and improvement suggestions for automation solutions for QA, development and CI/CD process, and also integrate them directly.
• As a test automation guru, you will work closely with our software development teams to understand the product architecture and identify test cases, design and improve existing test frameworks.
• You also deliver solutions to identified product or process issues as appropriate and align with the Product Owner and team.

This is how we imagine you:

• You have a completed IT education (university or FH) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in QA or SW development positions.
• In addition, you already have experience in developing automated tests using automation tools (e.g. Selenium).
• You are confident with Bash and Python and have good knowledge with Linux systems and log analysis.
• You are familiar with working in a DevOps environment, so you have knowledge with container technologies like Docker as well as in the CI/CD environment.
• Ideally, you will have experience in software development and network protocol analysis.
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
