Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our customers and support them throughout the entire customer life cycle in their personalized knowledge management projects.
Your role on the team:
- Your main task is to take care of our customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction.
- You recognize their wishes, requirements, and needs to find the best solution options with your know-how.
- You are the mouthpiece of the customers and permanently provide input to all areas at Mindbreeze (product development, consulting, training, administration, ...), which helps us to continuously innovate and be better.
- You are the communication interface between customers, the internal teams (product development, sales, consulting...), as well as our partners.
- You support the creation of customer references and case studies.
You possess these qualities:
- You have a completed education with a focus on business information systems and bring a high level of understanding of business value and ROI.
- You are strong in your ability to understand and inspire customers
- You are extremely solution oriented and have excellent communication skills
- You enjoy ongoing customer contact
- You work team-oriented, structured, and independently
