E-mail Management

Access to archived e-mails at any time – also on mobile end devices.

The mail program Microsoft Outlook offers the possibility to archive e-mails in PST files. Import these PST files to a team room in Folio Cloud. This ensures that your e-mails are stored securely and reliably in Folio Cloud, never to be lost. You now have access to your archived e-mails anytime and anywhere, also on your smartphone or tablet. Search easily in e-mails and e-mail attachments via Mindbreeze

Use the Mindbreeze search in Folio Cloud via the „Mindbreeze“ portal under “Home” in order to access your archived e-mails.

Via Mindbreeze you don’t just find all archived e-mails in which the search term appears. The search is also executed in e-mail attachments. If your search term appears in a word document that is attached to an archived e-mail then this word document will appear in the search hit list!

By clicking on a search hit you have the possibility to open an archived e-mail and to re-use it.
Allocating individual access rights to archived e-mails

If you archive e-mails from a company inbox, for example, you can simply grant further people read access to the team room in which the PST files are saved. All these people then have access to the archived e-mails saved to this team room via the Mindbreeze search.
