Simple change of index without restart
The Index Service provides support for changing the index without having to restart the various nodes. With simple copy & paste a compatible version of the index can replace the one in current use at any time and be available immediately – without downtime.
More usability of Web Client
Next to opening search results in the context menu, any information object can also be displayed in a full-text preview mode. The preview is completely independent of the object properties. It contains the most important meta data as well as the content as plain text, irrespective of whether the original is a PDF, DOCX or an e-mail.
Mindbreeze Enterprise Search supports many languages. The Winter Release now also includes Russian. Language settings can either be managed automatically via the browser or set as default. In addition, every user can set a language preference by adding "?language=" and the corresponding abbreviation.
New product: Fabasoft Mindbreeze Mobile
Fabasoft Mindbreeze Mobile was developed to provide mobile access to Mindbreeze Enterprise Search at any time. Fabasoft Mindbreeze Mobile enables the user to access corporate data via mobile end devices and has been optimized for use with iPhone®, BlackBerry® and Android TM smartphones.
