Fabasoft Mindbreeze Connectors – Standard Product Scope

The Fabasoft Folio Connector integrate all information objects, including metadata, from Fabasoft Folio. Documents, contacts, project documentation, WIKI articles, conferences etc. can be searched and processed directly. Existing access rights are strictly maintained.

The Fabasoft eGov-Suite Connector for public administrations incorporates data from the entire file and process management in the search. Access rights are derived from the access rights concept of Fabasoft eGov-Suite.

The Microsoft Exchange Connector enables the searching of e-mails, attachments, contacts, appointments, tasks and notes. As a result, all the user's folders as well as all released public folders are indexed.

The Microsoft SharePoint Connector connects the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server to Fabasoft Mindbreeze Enterprise and enables the search for documents stored in that application.

The Dateisystem Connector connects FAT32 and NTFS filesystems to Fabasoft Mindbreeze Enterprise.

The Web Connector enables the incorporation of Internet content, Intranet and knowledge portals in the corporate-wide search. The search can be defined for entire pages as well as for parts of pages only.
